Hi, I’m Gemma Sugrue

I used to sing and teach singing for a living, now I teach business and sing for myself.

In an effort to make my passion (singing) my career, I learned a lot about business from experience along the way and through investing in mentorship for myself so that I could remain successfully unemployed.

I founded my first business, a singing tuition school, when I was 25 and sold it after 10 years. I then went on to create an online course company which I later passed on to one of its members. I’m proud to see both businesses continue to thrive in my wake.

Now I find fulfillment in mentoring other teachers/creatives/performers like me on how to structure incredibly valuable and profitable education based businesses that succeed when the founder puts their own artistic needs and wellbeing first.

I love the skill of coach-mentoring too, I’ve a Masters Diploma in Leadership Coaching and I’m accredited by EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
